Refund Policy
Refund policy will be voided if,
- A discounted package has been chosen.The primary design concept has been approved.
- The refund is requested on services like Domain & Hosting, plugin purchase, and any 3rd Party services.
- Urgent design projects are non-refundable.
- The cancellation has been made due to reasons unrelated to the company.
- The client is unresponsive or out of contact for more than 2 weeks of the project.
- Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
- Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
- The creative brief is lacking in the required information.
- A complete design change has been demanded.
- The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time.
- The business is closing or changing its name or business.
- Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
- If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
- No refund can be claimed/processed once after the final files have been delivered to you following your request.
- Refunds and revisions explicitly do not apply to items offered free.
- Services including but not limited to social media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to refund under any circumstances.
- Marketing services including Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google AdWords or Pay Per Click (PPC), and YouTube marketing contracts once signed and approved by the client for a certain tenure are not eligible for a refund as a major amount paid for these services goes to the platform on which marketing is intended.
- In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
- In the case of the logo, refunds will not be entertained once the client has shared positive feedback on revisions and the design is sent for final files.
- Refunds will not apply to the work outsourced by a third party.
- Refunds will not be issued if the client fails to provide the necessary access credentials or materials required for the project within a reasonable timeframe.
- Any delays caused by the client, including but not limited to delayed feedback, content provision, or approvals, may void the refund policy.
- Refunds will not be granted if the project scope is expanded after the initial agreement, resulting in additional work beyond the original scope.
- If the client terminates the project prematurely without cause, refunds will not be issued for work completed up to that point.
- Refunds will not be provided if the client fails to adhere to agreed-upon timelines or milestones outlined in the project proposal or contract.
- In the event of force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of both parties, refunds may not be applicable.
- Any damages caused to the project deliverables or materials provided by the client due to negligence or misuse will void the refund policy.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with subjective elements of the design, such as color choices or stylistic preferences if they were clearly communicated and executed according to the client’s instructions.
- If the client requests extensive revisions or changes beyond the scope of the original agreement, additional fees may apply, and refunds will not be issued for work already completed.
- Refunds will not be provided for services that have been utilized or consumed, such as consultations, strategy sessions, or other time-based offerings.
- If the client fails to notify the company of any issues or concerns regarding the project within a reasonable timeframe, refunds may not be granted.
- Refunds will not be issued if the client has previously worked with the company on similar projects and is aware of the quality and style of work delivered.
- If the client provides misleading or inaccurate information that significantly impacts the project outcome, refunds may not be applicable.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with third-party tools, software, or platforms recommended or utilized by the company unless they directly affect the functionality or performance of the project.
- If the client violates any copyright or intellectual property laws by using the project deliverables without proper authorization, refunds will not be provided.
- Refunds will not be issued for services rendered at a discounted rate or as part of a promotional offer unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms and conditions.
- If the client fails to attend scheduled meetings, review sessions, or provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe, refunds may not be applicable.
- Refunds will not be granted if the client has previously agreed to similar terms and conditions with the company or has been informed of the refund policy before engaging in the project.
- If the client initiates a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider before attempting to resolve any issues with the company directly, refunds may not be provided.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been completed or delivered to the client’s satisfaction unless there are documented technical or quality issues that warrant a refund.
- Refunds will not be granted if the client fails to disclose relevant information or changes in project requirements that could affect the outcome or scope of work.
- If the project is put on hold by the client for an extended period exceeding the agreed-upon timeline, refunds may not be applicable for work already completed.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results that are a result of limitations inherent in the chosen platform, technology, or tools agreed upon for the project.
- If the client requests a refund due to dissatisfaction with communication or project management processes, the company reserves the right to address and rectify these concerns before considering a refund.
- Refunds will not be provided for services that have been used to enhance or modify existing project deliverables after they have been finalized and delivered to the client.
- If the client breaches confidentiality agreements or shares proprietary information provided by the company with third parties, refunds may not be applicable.
- Refunds will not be granted if the client fails to comply with legal or regulatory requirements necessary for the completion of the project, such as obtaining necessary permits or licenses.
- If the client provides contradictory or unclear feedback during the revision process, resulting in delays or additional work, refunds may not be issued for the time spent addressing these issues.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results caused by changes in market conditions, consumer preferences, or other external factors beyond the company’s control.
- If the client requests a refund based on subjective opinions or personal preferences that do not align with the project objectives or industry standards, refunds may not be applicable.
- Refunds will not be granted if the client fails to adhere to payment schedules or terms outlined in the project agreement, resulting in delays or disruption to the project timeline.
- If the client fails to provide constructive feedback or specific examples of issues they encounter with the project deliverables, refunds may not be applicable until such concerns are adequately addressed.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with results caused by changes in project requirements or objectives initiated by the client after the commencement of work.
